How An Apple Should Pick a Sexy Swimsuit

How does an “Apple” pick the perfect swimwear? We’re obviously not talking about fruit. We’re talking about one of the common body types. How do you know if you’re an Apple? Taking your bust and hip measurements is the proper thing to do. A 3″ or greater difference between the bust the hips will confirm it.

What kind of swimsuits should you wear to make yourself look more like the hourglass shape? If you can find one that will de-emphasize your bust and draw the eyes down to your bottom, that would work. Another factor to consider is support for your cup size. In most cases, Apple shapes have larger breasts sizes…C cup, D cup and larger is the norm. So the bikini top must provide both great support and de-emphasize. It sounds hard to accomplish. However, it’s not that hard if you know what to look for.

Apple shapes look good in Halter and Underwire tops. Both provide support and shape for large busts. If you choose Underwire, be sure to avoid any that have push-up pads (or make sure the pads are removeable). Otheriwise you will look larger than you already are. This will have the opposite effect that you don’t want. There is a special style of Halter called a Banded Halter. There is a “band” that goes around the entire body (underneath the bust) adding support. For color choice, ideally a solid dark color will de-emphasize.

You want to emphasize and draw eyes to your bottom by choosing a good amount of fabric and embellishments. When we mean fabric, we’re talking about avoiding the tiny string bikinis. Believe it or not, string bikini bottoms actually make your hips look slimmer. Curvier hips are what the Apple shape should look for. A good choice is a hipster bottom. For color, bright solids and patterns are the ones to choose (patterned bottoms and colored tops are one of the best choices). And if you can find bottoms with ruffles, ruching, shirring, rhinestones, beads, metal rings, etc…all the better.

So don’t fear or shy away from picking out a real hot swimwear.  Whether it’s on the beach, at the pool, or anyplace else, you need to feel great and look confident in your sexy swimsuits.
