Sometimes being the master cook of the home can make cleansing a very daunting task. Here is some great advice from someone in the same position as yourself. She not only has to make all the meals for her own family, but is also a chef at her own restaurant, meaning she is preparing and cooking meals for others all day. I would like to help & motivate you all who are on this simple & effective diet by sharing what I have been through & still on. I am a chef & I live to eat, ( I am not kidding) my life revolves around my family & food, I smell & see it every waking moment, & even in my dreams, I read cookbooks almost every night because I love to cook & imagine food, also more practically I have to plan my familys meal for the next day!

Being the only one in the house who has always done the cooking for her two daughters and husband does not make it easy especially when they wont eat leftovers. Now remembering her torture of having to see and smell this restaurant food all day when she advises you what to do.

Her tried and tested suggestion is to take a good look at why you are doing the cleanse, what is it you truly want to achieve? How holiday snaps in Paris are going to turn out of our chef is a huge motivation for her as well as being more cleaned out from the inside in order to be able to eat lots of yummy French foods whilst on vacation.

Although a lot of us may be doing it to tone and lose weight what appears to be the same motivation on the outside may be quite different on the inside as we are all losing the weight for different reasons.

Finding the minute detail in your motivation is what is really going to get you through it. If its for example weight you are trying to lose then get your scissors and cut out pictures of people that look the way you desire. Or you could cut out images of clothes that you would adore to be wearing. This makes your image so real and provides a picture board of things to look at whenever you start to crave other food during the cleanse. Try either making a large piece of cardboard with all your pictures stuck on it and then hung somewhere easily seen, or how about pasting the images all over the house, and remember on the fridge and in it too!

I wish you all the luck cleansing and hope this helps you get to where you want to be. If you really want to do yourself one of the biggest favors possible, do a cleanse but make sure you have in your mind a very clear reason for doing it, focus on the details.

Cleansing allows a cleaner inside for you organs to perform their duty more easily, and allows a much brighter mind if you just allow yourself the time.
